职位描述：
？ Operational
？ Implementation and development on IPO’s standard operating procedures.
？ Function as Blackwoods China HSE partner, formally apply the WIS organisation’s Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures and written work instructions. Provide resources for HSE & WTT financial year plan and follow up continuous improvement needs.
？ Working with IPO, 3PLs and GSO, improve WIS LCCS supply base efficiency, and supplier LOG performance
？ Daily coordinate and solve the logistic/operation issues among IPO sourcing and quality. WIS imports, suppliers, 3PL operations(BLP/MCC DC warehouses), ensure WIS imports (Australia) are kept informed on all issues;
？ Optimize PO follow up system and procedures.
？ To coordinate with local 3PL, in ocean freight arrangement and operation;
？ Optimization of GSO Suppliers’ LT & DIFOT replenishing BW stocks in AU
？ Monthly DIFOT from frequent incurred issues,
？ Work together with QC, Sourcing and GSO to improve suppliers DIFOT
？ Coordinate in the product volumetric collection and packaging improvement;
？ To monitor and perform 3PL performance management and KPI;
？ To contact new developed local suppliers and pre existing supplier, and change to standard process of 3PL’s QC and shipping;
？ Build up IPO logistic risk matrix, which consists of all supplier historical delay records, capacity, MOQ, labour shortage, peak time, raw material influence, etc to adjust expediting resource and attention to specific delivery and products.
？ Manage Blackwoods China DC operations:
？ Work with GSO, monitor Shanghai/Shenzhen DC daily operation and KPI keeping
？ Optimization of CDC/MCC DC Lead time to improve BW RDCs’ stock availability
？ Maintain CDC/MCC stock availability and reduce back orders

？ LCCS supply chain optimization.
？ System study the risks and performance barriers in major products’ supply chain, from sub supplier to end customer, suggest GSO and customer with improvement solutions.
？ Bridge GSO and customers with LCC supply market development, report capacity movement to adjust stock into economic level.
？ Support the expansion of BW Supply Chain to other LCCs, India, Vietnam, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Indonesia,etc.
？ Support 12%-20% sourcing movement

？ Proactive working with China logistics market to keep WIS logistic cost effective
？ Monthly benchmark market freight rate to keep WIS cost competitive
？ Maintain IPO cost monitor updated in real time.
？ Build up BW PO price forecasting system adjusting GSO PO plan up to EOQ/VMI level
？ Supply market monthly report- Identify analysis risks in supply chains: policy, currency, material rise, low capacity, etc. distribute among global sourcing department AU, NZ, and IPO.
？ Alert logistic risk/changes in offers to customers

？ Advanced logistic LOG support to Quality and Sourcing activities-
？ Logistic support in tender and project base-freight calculation, loading plan, consolidation, packing suggestion, allocation, etc
？ Support QC, reduce repeating logistic issues in deliveries
？ Joining project team from supplier accreditation to ex work inspection, etc.

？ Maintain Vendor performance management(VPM) system, semi& annually summarize vendor annual delivery performance, consolidate sourcing and quality data to output VPM result, and follow up actions.

？ Get Blackwoods as accredited ATT by next March
？ CDC relocation to new AS/NZS std. warehouse
