供应链专员 senior supply chain specialist
 工作内容:
     -负责协调日常的运行工作包括但不限于供应商/客户沟通、合同工作、产品合规、归档工作、装运和跟踪货款工作。
     -回复客户要求,提议和准备报价,跟进合同,装运和货款。与客户管理、高层和门店沟通工作。
     -从供应商处获得报价,确保货款与资金流动需求相符,合同和确保运输的准时以及产品与顾客要求相符。确保包裹信息,测试报告和装运档案的准确并及时接收。
     -跟进第三方的产品测试报告,确保所有产品标准标志(GB标准)都在出售前被清晰、准确标识。
     -协助准备相应付款单据。
     -在团队中分析GR-GS-RR报告以及突出必要的更新,与财务部门完成资金流动预报。
     -与供应商沟通付款进展,确保团队了解资金流动报告。
    -及时更新相关数据报表及系统内的信息。
     -根据SOP流程操作并且遵守相关规定。
     -及时更新的内部/外部(客户&供应商)的周报。
     -负责处理投诉/反馈(收集和准备文件,联系所有部门以确保运行顺利)。
     -确保与项目中各个部门的良好沟通。
     -协助设立目标,能良好的掌握工作计划、日常操作、资源分配以及团队培训。
-及时更新百货零售类法律法规、各项条款。
-实时跟进相关项目合同进展状态。
-协助法务准备相关材料。
     -与客户、供应商、第三方和其他员工共同合作,维护公司形象。
     -遵守公司内部各项流程,确保公司利益为重。

    
   工作要求:
     -有供应链或产品合规方面的教育背景优先。
     -有3-5年的有关供应链或产品合规的工作经验优先
     -熟练使用Excel
     -英语流利,会法语的优先
     -理解、抗压、执行力较强,有良好的组织能力和解决力;总结能力强,能抓住重点。
-在应对复杂情况时有能力解决问题。
     -适应能力强,工作有自主性。
     -有相关增值税发票规定和客户/供应商会计的知识。
     

Position duties:
   -Be responsible for the good coordination of the daily operation including but not limited to supplier/customer communication ,contract ,product compliance , documentation ,shipments and payments follow-up;
   -Customer and order follow-up :reply inquires ,make proposal and prepare the quotations, follow-up contract ,shipments and payments. Communication with customer management, headquarters and stores;
   -Supplier follow-up: get quotation from suppliers ,ensure payment term is matching with cash flow requirements ,contract ,and ensure delivery on time and products in phase with customer quality standard. Ensure packaging information ,testing reports and shipping documents are accurate and received on time;
   -Follow-up with 3rd party the product testing reports, make sure all the Product Standard(GB Standard)are clearly identified and accurate before selling it on the market;
   -Ability to propose solutions when facing complex situations;
   -Prepare data for Payment Application from our System;
   -Analyze GR-GS-RR report from the team and take the lead on necessarily updates; Work with Finance department to Establish Cash Flow Forecast;
   -Communicate payment plan with suppliers; Ensure that Cash Flow Forecast get followed by the team;
   -Make sure that SOP get followed and updated according to the latest regulations;
   -Analyze Masterfile and provide weekly internal/external(customer/supplier) update;
   -Take the lead on major claim/return problems(collect and prepare folder, link all departments to ensure smooth operating);
   -Team leader have a good control of team schedule and planning, job/resources allocation ,team-member daily work supervision, team training;
   -Internal Coordination :ensure good communication with the different departments involved in the project;
   -Responsible to update the team on the latest or upcoming Chinese Regulations related to Mass Retail distribution;
   -Follow the contract status and get all the necessary contracts per entity;
   -Prepare necessary elements to provide to lawyer and follow legal cases;
   -Build company image by collaborating with customers,suppliers,3rd party organizations and other employees
   -Follow all company internal process
   -Keep in mind/ensure company Interest first

Requirements:
   -Educational background related to Supply Chain or Product Compliance is a strong plus
   -3-5 years' work experience related to Supply Chain or Product Compliance business is a plus
   -Excellent proficiency in Excel
   -Fluent in English is a requirement, French + Chinese is a strong plus
   -Strong sense of organization, planning ,very well organized and ability to work under pressure; Ability to be precise and go deep in the research, and also can summarize and go straight to the point;
   -Ability to work with different departments and highly self-motivated;
   -Finance knowledge about VAT rules and customer/supplier accounting basics.
