Summary of Job Function :
工作职责
 Lead and coordinating activities of MRO purchasing activities for 3 plants

Specific Responsibilities:

Evaluates MRO material requirements, reviews suppliers capabilities
 
Work closely with Tool shop and Product Development , manufacturing , quality and other relevant Dep.f to support them on designated projects and to follow up with suppliers in China to achieve targeted performance goals.

Work closely with suppliers to pull material in on time with reasonable prices


Assists core teams with relevant information and/or support to meet program objectives.

Calculates and records sourcing requirement data on supplier order, and routes order to purchasing department.

Prepares requisitions for items to be purchased.

Maintains computerized records of MRO procurement, status, and disposition information.

Leads and/or supports TS and ISO Roles, Responsibilities, and Authorities.

Know-How Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; 3-5 years or more related experience in electronic field.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Expert knowledge in tooling.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community, related to the field of expertise. Ability to effectively summarize information to top management. 举报 分享
