Major Responsibilities:

? Support Team Leads With Their Daily Production Schedule

? Plans Ahead, Checking Material Availability/Report Material Shortages On Production Report

? Direct & Stages Completed Work To Holding Areas Or Next Operation

? Report Production Delays & Document On Production Report

? Applies routing tags to all active WIP

? Initiates transaction accurately and in real time in ERP

? Print department dispatch report daily

? Record Production Hour/Posts in ERP

? Support & contribute in daily housekeeping requirements

? Takes initiative in expediting late or rush orders

? Check & confirm material have been issued to jobs

? Submit ENC to BOO department as required

? Submit material changes to BOM department as required.

? Submit requested ENC to engineering department as required

Submit requested material change to BOM team as required.

Other duties as assigned by management.

1.协助相关部门提供每日生产计划单；

2.提前计划，检查物料并报告短缺的物料；

3.指示完成的工单物料放在待放区，通知相关的部门或者内部物流（卡车）；

4.报告生产落后情况&相关生产报告文件；主动追踪催货落后订单或者加急订单；

5.检查产品数量&关闭相关工序 ，打印工序流转单，并放置在所有的WIP区；

6.打印相关部门的每日分派单；

7.记录生产时间/实时关闭相关的工单；

8.协助相关部门的整理清洁工作并且反馈；

9.检查确认已经发到工单里的材料；

10.按要求提交ENC给Routing部门、工程部；

11.按要求提交物料变更需求给BOM部门；
