职位描述：
1. JOB TITLE 工作职位 ：Manufacturing Engineer

2. JOB PURPOSE工作目的

？ Develop production line and manufacturing process.
？ Support CC from CER phase for the NPI project.
？ Implement standard work and continuous improvement by lean activities etc.
？ Development of the existing standards through new techniques and quality improvement.
？ Ensure customer and team satisfaction.

3. JOB CONTEXT/ SCOPE工作内容/范围：
？ Responsible to set up and optimize production processes.
？ Responsible for production cost calculation during RFQ phase for new business.
？ Prepare new production line design concept and supplier recommendation to get approval from M-STC
？ Creation of processes/machines/tooling requirement, discussion with supplier
？ Prepare FEMA ,WI etc which shall be unify with DFMEA,CP.
？ Improvement of the product quality through analysis from processes and systems
？ Support the productivity improvement through processes and system analysis
？ Definition of new concepts for machines or lines optimization, fixtures and tooling
？ To implement the continuous improvement and kaizen via lean activities.
？ Support the trouble shooting of the different internal departments
？ Responsible for new lines technical issue solved out, feedback the timing risk to project team.

5. INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATION任职者要求：

Knowledge
· Education Bachelor in Electronic or both Electronic & mechanical or above
· Good command in English.
· Computer skill: Be good at related office software (word, excel, powerpoint, CAD)
· Familiar with 5 tools (MSA,SPC, FMEA, APQP&PPAP)
· Labview programming is preferred.
· Knowledge of IPC standards (design and manufacturing) like IPC 610

Experience
· Automotive electronics industry or related electronic product Min 4 years’ experience in manufacture, design or testing.
· With enough experience to diagnose product error code from PCBA, testing machine and source code etc.
· Project experience: One or two project experience is advantage
· Proactive, self-motivation and willing to work under pressure
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills 举报 分享
