职位描述：

Position Summary:

To develop, maintain, and improve quality system that attain company goals and objectives and achieve customer satisfaction. Provide management and leadership to company’s quality and business efforts. Integrate quality department, quality system, and technologies into the organization to achieve the best possible quality effort possible at the least possible total cost in the long-term.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

Report to General Manager

Supervise positions include quality supervisor, quality engineers, SQE, and inspectors.

Interface with functions such as Engineering, Production, SCM, inside and Outside Sales.

Interface with outside customers and suppliers on quality concerns.

Job Responsibility:

Implement ISO 9000&TS16949 compliant quality system; achieve & maintain registration.

Develop, maintain, and improve system that attains quality objectives and customer satisfaction.

Provides financial/quality data to management concerning quality activities.

Assists in the preparation of proposals in support of securing customer orders.

Contributes to the development of method to operation efficiency.

Directs the analysis of failure and analysis other problems to develop corrective action.

Determine and recommends an effective quality organization and staffing to ensure departmental effectiveness.

Orient employees to company policies and procedures, clearly communicating work duties and responsibilities so individual may proceed with certainty in the performance of their jobs. Administer policies in a fair and equitable manner.

Monitors the work performance of assigned personnel, conducts effective performance appraisals and encourage employee training & development. Skilled in assessing staff capabilities, make decisions related to the selection, promotion, compensation, and discipline of assigned personnel. Provides necessary training and ongoing feedback & support.

Creates a working climates in which assigned personnel are motivated their skills and abilities and demonstrates by personal example the desired standards of conduct and work performance.

Follow and implement ISO9000/TS16949/ISO14000 requirements

Qualifications:

Four-year bachelor degree in engineering/business or related discipline, which approximates skill & knowledge, expected of quality manager.

Min. 5 years relevant management experience

Experience in ISO 9001,TS16949 and other related quality systems

Six Sigma green belt min.

Proficient in quality tools: PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, control plan, etc.

Strong problem solving skills, such as 8D, 5WHY, etc.

Good English communication skills; Positive interpersonal skills to support working with different cultures is preferred.

Work in fast paced, collaborative team environment.
