Responsibilities:
1. Support Senior Management with external communications, guest and phone reception, filing, scheduling travel arrangements, meeting planning, mgmt. reporting, projects, etc
2. Manage CEO's calendar and timetabling
3. Assist with any Chinese language interactions that are needed
4. Manage CEO's class calendar
5. Mark assignments and quizzes, and track student progress
6. Prepare materials for courses
7. Handle office admin.
8. Any other assignments ordered by CEO
Requirements:
1. Excellent English (oral and written), CET-6 is a must
2. 2+ Years of secretarial experience in a multinational company
3. Highly organized, good communication skill
4. Proficient in MS Office
