Job Description:
· Act as personal assistant to the Chief of Operations (Pudong)
o Manage calendar and timetabling
o Assist with any Chinese language interactions that are needed
· Manage room scheduling and class calendar
· Mark assignments and quizzes track student progress
· Prepare materials for courses
· Answer office phone calls in Chinese
· Work the office front desk
· Interpret between Chinese and English for staff, students and parents
· Explain course offerings to clients
· Keep the office organized and systematized
· Communicate regularly between the Pudong and Gubei offices
Requirements:
· Native Mandarin
· Fluent English
· University studies in English a plus
