Responsibilities:
1. Understand course offerings and introduce programs/company to parents in phone and face to face meetings
2. Make outbound calls to attract new students/parents, maintain existing client relationships
3. Handle customer service complaints
4. Help to cover some of the administrative tasks
Requirements:
1. Enjoys engaging parents, strong network with parent community
2. English and Chinese fluency (background of studying abroad would be a plus)
3. Organized and has strong sense of responsibility.
