Job Responsibility
Product Pricing Strategy:
1: Deeply understand market trend of lighting industry as well as OSRAM product strategy in Lighting Solution
2: Deeply understand OSARM Business and Marketing Strategy for Lighting Solution.
3: Work with managements to support the business strategy realization in Lighting Solution.
Pricing Solutions:
1: Pricing mechanism setup and pricing systems/tools setup and optimization.
2: Support pricing optimization projects.
3: Develop new pricing model for project/solution business.
Pricing harmonization and optimization:
1: Harmonize the price in APAC region/cluster/channel/product groups
2: Harmonize the customer pricing.
Business model and value chain transparency:
1: Deeply understand OSRAM business model and the lighting industry.
2: Work with Key account managers to setup key account pricing mechanism.
3: Margin control in the business models.
4: Work with internal counterparts to develop OSRAM value chain transparency.
Requirement
1: Min. 5 years of controlling or financial management experience with Min. 3 years of market analysis experience.
2: Pricing Management experience preferred.
3: Product Management experience preferred.
4: Background: Market analysis related experience, other relevant background may be considered if accompanied by good work experience
5: Project management experience would be preferred.
6: Outgoing personality, business partnership mindset, willing to reach out to other functions
7: Excellent English skill.
