职位描述：
Major role and responsibilities are:
 
            HVM support and management
? Maintain HVM health, manage yield/assembly cycle time and volume commitment/delivery, support out of cycle volume upside
? Unit control, material scrap control, dispose excess materials in subcon
? Subcon performance management, weekly performance review, subcon scoring, rank and rating, line audit
? Keep good business relationship with subcon factory management for urgent support request and issue escalation
 
Quality/QOS
? On site quality support for lot disposition. Drive subcon assembly site excursion management like xRBs and define root cause and corrective actions
? Drive assembly related low yield issues escalated from test site or customer. Investigate and provide 8D report.
? Maintain the health of PCS, KPPs.
? Manage changes(new material, new equipment, new process setting, subcon PCN)
? Support subcon Quality system audit(QOS)
 
Technology Proliferation/NPI and Value engineering projects
? Proliferate products/technologies among subcons for low cost and high capacity
? Support package TD project in subcon(subcon readiness, on line monitoring the builds, data collection, assembly report). Closely follow up during technology ramp. Write MFG spec, maintain product related documents.
? Support NPI qualification in subcon. Perform risk assessment, drive the subcon readiness, collect data and drive the qualification report.
? Initiate value engineering project. Work with subcon to qualify low cost material, simplify process and qualify new equipment for capacity improvement. 举报 分享
