Import & Export Specialist Supply Chain

Job Summary
This position requires a person to be in charge of import and export issues of the Company, including customs clearance coordination, bonded handbook application, maintenance and deletion as well as international trading follow-up.

Responsibilities
1. Take care of import & export custom declaration coordination; well control import & export process and guarantee standard import & export operation process; ensure correct documentation and smooth operation for timely release of cargoes
2. Maintain good relationship with customs and relevant authorities for obtaining smooth operation in the business of the Company
3. Handle bonded handbook affairs, including application / maintenance / deletion of bonded handbook with customs
4. Establish and maintain good business connection between different functions, such as purchasing, shipping, finance, I&E company and overseas customer for smooth import and export, including flawless shipping, correct invoicing, prompt payment
5. Check and approve import & export documents to guarantee free-of-error payment flow, especially request and verify correct trading invoices, stating correct items, quantity and value with proper supporting
6. Assist in import and export issues for big project implementation, such as L/C, trading / manufacturing contracts formulation and checking, import & export operation follow-up, business mode design and improvement from time to time
7. Serving all product lines and contact relative authorities for import & export business approval, inspection etc. and handle necessary jobs
8. Provide assistance to Import & Export Supervisor from time to time required as necessary
9. Other tasks assigned by Import & Export Supervisor

The Person:
Experience / Education
At least three years experience in import & export operation. Education background in foreign trade, business administration, logistics is acceptable. Bachelor's Degree.

Skills
Good skills in Microsoft Words, Excel. Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Strong sense of responsibility, Capability to check shipping documents, financial invoices etc.,. Good command of English. 举报 分享
