1.负责办公室装修工程项目的全过程现场管理，项目质量、成本、进度、安全管理的现场负责人，协调总部其他部门、物业、分包等内外部关系，装修工程项目的直接负责人；

2.负责解决施工过程中出现的专业技术问题；

3.编制现场精装修甲供材料计划并参与现场材料验收工作；，

4.负责装修工程现场签证的初审工作，配合做好结算工程量的确认工作；

5.参与部分公司施工总承包、各专业分包、甲供材等各类招标工作，协调编制施工预算，执行公司成本控制制度，对投标单位提出专业评估意见；

6.参加竣工验收并提出设计本专业的验收意见；

7.参与本专业相关与公司内部各部门之前的协调沟通工作；

8.参与项目周报、月报本专业工作内容的编制；完成上级交代的其他任务

9.熟悉图纸和合同，检查施工单位按图施工情况和履行合约的情况；

10.审核施工单位上报的工程签证、审核施工单位的月进度款；

11.收集、审核、整理工程的设计文件（设计图纸、变更指令、增减工程指令等）；

12.熟悉室内装修施工工艺，熟练运用各种材料，了解各类装饰材料性能及市场供应商情况；

13.负责与精装修设计单位的组织、协调和管理．

岗位职责:

1.工民建专业；

2. 4年以上相关经验、有室内装修行业工作经验，尤其是办公室装修、酒店装修经验，

3.要求有一级建造师或者二级建造师证书2级证书，有施工单位经验者优先；

4. 具备良好的职业操守和团队写作精神及高度的敬业精神；

5. 能按工作需要调整工作时间

6.英语口语能够交流，书面文件能够使用；

7.精通各类装修设计风格，熟悉装修施工工艺及标准，能够辨别各类建材质量及价格；

8.熟悉使用CAD、office等自动化办公软件，能画初步方案图；

9.能够做初步预算。

Role Overview:

Project Manager provides interior design consultancy and commercial projects coordination.

A project manager may perform the following tasks:

1. Project management which includes planning, supervising, controlling and coordinating projects.

2. Coordinate with internal staff and suppliers/contractors to ensure fulfillment of clients' requirements.

3. Prepare projects costing, proposals and contracts.

Job Requirements:

1. Good degree in Interior Design/Building/equivalent.

2. Minimum 3 years of good track record in the interior design.

3. Excellent project & people management skills.

4. Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.

5. Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment.

6. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

7. Good communication & interpersonal skills.

8. Management and leadership skills.
