Primary Purpose of Position职位宗旨
Reporting to the Launch Manager, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the Plant Manufacturing Teams at all Meridian Facilities and Customer by providing specifications, information and decisions necessary to make a product that meets the customer’s design intent, and that is manufactured to meet all standards of Quality, productivity, cost, performance and manufacturing system requirements. Support the customer through engineering change, launch and quality issues. 汇报上级为项目开发经理，负责支持工厂制造团队，为公司内部及客户提供技术规范、信息和决策保证产品符合客户设计目标，并且产品符合质量、生产厂、成本、性能、制造系统标准。通过工程变更、项目开发和质量问题解决来支持客户的工作。
Major Responsibilities of Position主要岗位职责
1、Launch: Project Manager for the design and development of products and support the manufacturing plant program manager(s) through to SOP

  1.1 Create and maintain initial program documentation – Timelines, APQP, open issues, TMO, Capital planning.创建和维护初始程序文件 - 时间计划，APQP，未解决的问题，TMO，资本规划。
 1.2 Work with Design team to ensure products meet customer and internal requirements for function and manufacturability.与设计团队合作，确保产品符合客户和公司内部的功能和生产要求。
 1.3 Work closely with multiple Meridian Facilities Globally. 与全球其他多家Meridian密切合作。
 1.4 Ensure customer drawings and specifications are received, recorded, and controlled in system.确保客户的图纸和接收的规格、记录和控制系统化。
 1.5 Coordinate and support product launch meetings (internally and at the customer).协调和支持产品开发会议（内部和客户端）。

 1.14 Participate in equipment specification, design, selection, layout, building, and installation.参与设备规格、设计、选材、布局、制作和安装。

 1.16 Coordinate manufacturing equipment acquisition for production including writing the necessary technical specifications.协调安排生产设备进行生产，包括编写必要的技术规范。

 2.2 Assist in the development of quality systems to satisfy customer requirements. 协助建立质量体系以满足客户要求。
 2.3 Ensure quality variations experienced in production meet customer requirements of fit, form or function. Respond to customer’s concerns using appropriate systems (8D’s, etc.) 确保生产中的各种质量差异能满足客户装配、结构和功能的要求。根据客户的着重点使用相应的系统（8D等等）
 2.4 Lead / support customer meetings as required.根据要求领导/支持客户会议。

 3.1 Interface with the customers on Engineering issues and program status.与客户对接解决工程、项目状态相关问题。

4、Troubleshooting: Participate in troubleshooting production problems by seeking solutions that preserve design intent of fit, form and function.

 4.1 Support production teams with problem resolution.帮助生产部解决问题。

Personal Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Attributes):

1、A technologists classification or Bachelors of Engineering degree技术或工程类本科学历；
2、10-15 yrs experience in launch Program Management for new products10到15年新项目前期管理经验；
3、Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and good hands on manufacturing skills.熟知制造工艺，对制造技能有较好的动手能力。
4、Good working knowledge of APQP, process flow, FMEA, Design FMEA, Control Plans, Gauge R&R’s and capability studies.
