职位描述：
职位要求：
1. 法学专业本科或以上；
2. 有法律职业资格证书，3年以上律所或跨国公司法律部门工作经验；
3. 熟悉公司、合同、劳动、知识产权等相关领域的法律；
4. 计算机技能良好，熟练应用office软件；
5. 流利的英文表达能力，包括书面和口语，汉语文字综合能力强；
6. 良好的人际交往和沟通能力；
7. 高度的主动性和团队精神，能承受较大的工作压力。

岗位职责：
1. 研究政府的政策法规，及时提出有关建议以拓展公司经营运作中的战略空间；
2. 负责制定并审核公司的法律文件，包括各类合同、协议；
3. 负责代表公司解决相关的法律纠纷，处理有关仲裁、诉讼；
4. 向公司各部门、人员提供法律方面的建议，并提出有关保护公司法律权利和利益的方案；
5. 指导公司的法务实践，起草、修改重要的公司规章制度；
6. 合同及用章管理: 负责公司所有合同的法务审核与修改、必要时协助经办部门起草相关合同；参与合同谈判，对合同风险做出及时明确提示；
7. 负责公司经营资质扩充专项工作及自贸区政策跟踪；
8. 负责公司信用管理体系管理；
9. 负责公司其他相关法律事务工作。 举报 分享
