职位描述：
Job Responsibilities

1 .Maintenance and Implement QEHS programs and plan to assure operation process compliance with company requirements,ISO9001, ISO 14000 & OHSAS18001 requirement and relevant laws, regulations.
2. Leading Documentation on Business Processes based on OTO (Offer to Order) and OTC ( Order to Cash) Phases and Supporting Director of Finance and Admin on Half-Yearly Internal Audit and Management Review.
3. Coordination and Support Operational Data Collection for Management Meeting and Reporting.
4. Organize annual risk assessment/job safety analysis. Identify and supervise high risk operations.
5. Occupational health management, include Occupational hazard factor analysis and prevention, organize annual physical examination.
6. Carry out weekly and routine HSE inspection, develop and follow up the action plans to help each area to improve in HSE.
7. Implement HSE trainings in order to raise safety awareness levels of all employees.
8. Incident investigating, analyzing, handling and reporting (Lose time accident, recordable accident, first aid and near miss) and follow up the corrective and preventive actions.
9. Manage and supervise contractor safety with project leaders.
10. Assistance in preparing monthly HSE management reports and participates in the HSE Committee.
11. Provision of emergency respond procedures, first-aid facilities, safety signs, relevant PPE, ERT team for emergency response with drill, etc.
12. Implement EHS Change Management for new project or new equipment.


Qualification Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Safety or General Management related like English, German, Business and Administration.
2. Certified in QHSE internal auditor will be prefer.
3. Minimum 2 years' experience in multinational plant as QHSE Specialist.
3. Good command of English, both oral and written and fluent German will be preferred and plus.
4. Good communication skill. Demonstrate strong execution/leaning ability.
