RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development

业务拓展

· Develops and grows the business in assigned region

· 在所负责的区域内拓展公司业务

· Coordinate the involvement of other departments, i.e. Engineering and Marketing, along with management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations

· 协调不同部门(如工程部及市场部等)和管理资源,与以达到合作伙伴的目标及客户的预期

· Attend industry conferences and tradeshows as required

· 参加行业的会议与展览

· Travel is required for this role (approximately 40% of the time)

· 该职位约有40%的时间需要出差

Sales Planning and Analysis

销售计划和分析

· Forecasts and reports regularly and accurately on direct sales

· 定期准确地预测和报告直销销量

· Investigate and understand academic/research funding mechanisms in China

· 调查并了解在中国教学及科研资金拨款机制

· Prepare monthly sales reports

· 每月上报销售报告

Qualifications

资格要求

Technical Knowledge & Skills

专业技术与技能

· A Bachelors Degree or higher in Engineering from a recognized University (preferably in the field of Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or Control Engineering)

· 大学工科学士学位以上, 机电/机械/电子或控制专业优先

· Proven technical sales ability (1-3 years) would be an asset

· 具有技术销售能力者(1-3年工作经验) 优先

· Knowledge of higher education systems and funding process would be an asset

· 了解高等教育体系及经费来源程序者优先

· Familiarity with Control Systems & Robotics

· 熟悉控制系统和机器人

· Familiarity with MATLAB & Simulink & LabVIEW

· 熟悉MATLAB & Simulink 或 LabVIEW软件

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Access

· 熟练使用Microsoft Word, Excel & Access

· Strong communication skills (fluent in written and verbal English)

· 很好的英语沟通能力(书面与口语均可流利交流)

· Confidence in dealing with cross-functional experts
