Job description
1. This position is responsible for daily production matters including product development, all stages of sample checking, pre-production meetings, random inline inspection and pre
2. final inspection
3. Carry out frequent performance audit of factories with our internal technical team
4. Assist factories in case of urgent technical problems or problems with set up
5. Claim following up and statistical analysis
6. Attend production meetings with all technical staff, QC’s and merchandiser in order to discuss problems during or before production, claims, and production schedules.

Job requirements
1. Fluent English (written and spoken).
2. At least 5 years experience in similar position.
3. Strong knowledge in product development, garment construction and sewing technique (high quality ladies garments).
4. Basic knowledge in fabric construction, weaving and fabric finishing, garment washing procedures and pattern construction and grading.
5. Basic knowledge selecting suitable interlining according to the optic and hand feel of shell fabrics.
6. Able to identify potential problems before bulk production.
7. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
