职位描述：
1.Technical support
- Application-level technical support, sample testing or on-site service.
-Prepare reports detailing technical problems and solutions to initiate necessary corrective product modifications and/or recommended process changes.
-Develop troubleshooting service guides and bulletins on existing products.
– Understand target customer needs and testing requirements and develop solution to the customer accordingly.
–Provide application note, sales tools to the sales team
2. Specific responsibilities include:
- build lab experiments to validate Raman system designs and compare with theoretical models.
- Selection or improvement of Raman SERS and other acquisition accessories.
- Improvement optical subsystem or application model/analysis method in food, drug or explosive inspection.
- Work closely with R&D team to ensure system functionality and manufacturability.
3.Marketing function
- Market analysis including technology trend, opportunities & threat, regulation change, customer behavior change etc. and provide useful inputs to new product planning.
-Provide promotion program.
- Monitors competitor activity and growth opportunities.
4.Candidate Profile
-Passionate in growing business and taking challenges.
–Possession of highest personal integrity and standards.
–Results oriented.
– Team player with flexibility to assess situations and issues from different angle.
– Capabilities in developing & implement education & training programs.
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Good English speaking, writing and reading ability.
– Familiar with computer software applications.
- Able to travel.
5. Required Experience and Education:
- A deep understanding in Raman spectrum techniques and familiar with Raman applications.
- Experience in spectrometer and SERS characterizations in lab and field environments.
- University Degree above chemistry，materials，biomedical engineering or relevant.
- A minimum of 7 years of application experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree; or 2 years with a PhD on optical Raman or relevant analytical spectroscopy instrument.
- Application experience/understanding in analytical spectroscopy will be an obvious plus.
