职位描述：
工作职责：
1.Implement oversea recruitment plans and support initiatives to build the overall talent acquisition process & quality of hiring, control the recruitment cost and other related subject.
2.Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition, needs identification, sourcing, interviewing, selection, hiring and onboarding.
3.Identify and manage relationships with International vendors; assesse vendor impact and results.
4.Maintain and input information into the system, manage the new hiring related paperwork.
5.Cooperate closely with Department to ensure all recruitment strategies are aligned with the company’s human capital strategy. Cooperate with talent acquisition team to identify common needs and share best practices
6.Support data statistics as required.
7.Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs



任职资格：
Required Skills
1.University degree required, advanced degree preferred
2.1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition,
3.Good command of English and Chinese, native English speaker is preferred.
