Job Responsibilities
-The Marketing manager will develop the segment marketing strategy, value propositions, and necessary market segment plans which encompass our product and service offerings, their value, the identified targeted customers, the R&D plan and the specific goals in terms of sales and profitability.
-They will also have overall responsibility for generational product portfolio management
-Evaluates and Analyzes Competition Technical and Commercial advantages/disadvantages and helps position company offerings accordingly.
-Identify growth opportunities by analyzing unmet needs and defining target market segments and customers
-Manage the segment Product Portfolio, prioritize and provide input to allocate resources based on opportunity and feasibility
-Drive key growth projects, liaising with the regional sales teams, with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain and other support functions.
-Define the value proposition, develop pricing strategy and set prices of new products, by analyzing cost in use , value-chain, competition, and customer economics.
-Develop and execute marketing strategy, including new product launches
-Build relationships and establish credibility with key customers, business partners and industry influencers.
-Build value chain strategy with downstream..
-Drive breakthrough growth with local WB production
-Cover Marcom and Market analysis

Minimum Qualifications
-University graduate with BS or MS degree in polymer, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or related field.
->8 years of sales and/or business experience, preferred in polymer composites/FRP related industry with a demonstrated record of increasing responsibilities and results.
-Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the Composites markets and be well networked.
-Demonstrated success in working with support functions such as Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Supply Chain etc. to reach desired results.
-The candidate should act with integrity, foster learning, innovation and change
-Demonstrates strong enthusiasm, negotiation skills, and a results oriented mentality.
-70% travelling time MUST be required.
