1、接待客户日常来访、来电，来函等咨询服务。
2、协助业务人员进行订单制作、跟单、样品寄送并跟进。
3、处理制作业务员交给的报表、单据、文件、资料等。
4、受理客户的投诉电话，做好相关记录并及时联系业务人员处理。
5、定期对重点客户进行电话回访，主动和客户增进了解，介绍公司的企业文化，让客户更加信赖公司的产品。
6、每月总结客户的投诉资料，分析原因并总结报告，为公司的后期改进和制作方案做参考。
7、协助业务员回收货款，并及时提醒业务员相关货款的回收情况。
8、配合公司其他部门积极开展工作，如：配合仓库的开单发货工作。
9、做好每次部门的会议安排，并做好相关记录。
岗位要求：
1、大专以上文化程度、机械类相关专业。
2、英语四级以上，能用流利的英语对话。
3、擅长CAD制图。
4、工作细心、踏实，具有良好的团队合作精神。
