Main Responsibility

1. Pre-shipment inspection in China ( 70% )

- Prepare pre-shipment inspection weekly schedule according to inspection request provided by supplier.

- Arrange inspection at supplier side .

- Prepare inspection report according to related quality inspection instruction and form.

- Bring back defect sample or typical sample for related engineers'review .

- Organize inspection reports into Eroom.





2. Sample inspection in office or at supplier side ( 20%)

- Arrange sample inspection( new products sample or production audit sample ) in office or at supplier side according to inspection instruction from quality engineer .

- Submit report and report finding to engineers and quality manager .



3. IQC/ inspection in Shanghai warehouse

- Inspect Bic provided sample or components in Shanghai warehouse and provide inspection report.





4.Other support work ( 5%)

- Assist in quality issue follow-up during visit at supplier.

- Prepare inspection summary report every Month .

- Other quality job assigned by quality manager.





è Qualification for the position



- At least college degree , engineering background is preferred .

- 1-3 years experience in quality control, familiar with AQL knowledge , knowledge in stationery products is preferred.

- Be able to read, write English inspection report plus basic oral English communication .

- Good computer literature ( Excel and word , PPT etc 0

- Age 25-28 , male preferred , and be able to travel frequently in China.

- Honest ,hard working and fast learning .

- Good candidate will consider as assist quality engineer .
