职位描述：
- Supervise the import documentation to ensure it is compliance with the government policy and regulation.
- Manage and ensure import goods correctly and timely during whole import process.
- Manage import agency performance KPI and checking monthly statement.
- Solve daily import issues, such as customer complain and custom officer inquiry.
- Update import record at any moment to ensure all information correctly and timely.
- CIQ certificate chasing and uploading and filing in time.
- Manage the inventory in warehouse to ensure the inventory accuracy and stock take accuracy
- Make sure warehouse daily operation aligned with SOP
- Arrange daily delivery transportation based on CSR and Finance confirmation
- Coordinate delivery issue to keep good communication with related part, e.g. truck, sales, consignee, especially for KA customers
- Handle various complaints from different department during delivery issue.
- Familiarity with SAP system on inbound and outbound input 举报 分享
