PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
This Engineer reports to the IT infrastructure Manager – Asia and provides IT hardware and software maintenance, training and consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure maximum access to and implementation of technology services and resources. Support Multiple manufactures and offices customers service and business growth.

? RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will be part of Eagle Ottawa Asia IT team that is responsible for country wide system, network and telecom support, ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software, and provide service to our customers. Response for IT projects in Asia region and other countries.

? Key Accountabilities:
o Provide the second/Third level support to company users.
o Monitoring company IT System and service. Ensure network services reliability and availability
o Improve current enterprise IT service and develop new solutions to our company
o Create and maintain IT documents for IT Service management
o Coordinate with Corp infrastructure IT team authorities and service provider to roll out various infrastructure projects.
o Perform after hour maintenance and emergency on call work as needed.
o Act as the backup person for other infrastructure support functions.
 
? Qualifications and Requirements:

o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or other related technical degree.
o Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in multiple national companies.
o Strong at Windows Server, AD, SCCM management, VMware, Avarmar backup, SAN, NAS is plus.
o MCSE above experience, and CCNA experience are preferred.
o Ability to prioritize multiple tasks; work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
o Ability to create clear and accurate IT service documentation, quickly learn new technologies and tools
o Effective English spoken and written communications skills
o Demonstrated ability to learn on the fly and acquire new skills via both instructor-led and self-training coursework is required.
