职位描述：
职责：
- 在艺术总监指导下，为开发团队建立和控制游戏开发的可视效果，把握艺术方向
- 和其他美术师、游戏设计/策划、程序员紧密合作，创建各种特效
- 根据原画、故事板和书面描述，测试和实现游戏特效
- 保持和优化美术制作规范，协同管理整个美工团队的作品质量
- 基于游戏引擎，在各种硬件上全程创建和开发美术产品（包括几何、全屏、平面阴影效果）

要求：
- 游戏及相关行业5年及以上经验
- 有特效美工相关经验
- 精通3DMax, Maya, Photoshop以及其他美工软件
- 有编写脚本（如MaxScript, Python, HLSL）能力的优先
- 了解不同的艺术表现风格
- 良好的比例、细节、形态及贴图的艺术感觉
- 制作和优化“粒子特效”，包括风雨、爆炸、损坏、烟雾、火焰等效果
- 较强的工作流程管理能力和时间管理能力
- 良好的沟通能力，较好的书面英文及基础英文口语，善于团队合作，学习能力强 举报 分享
