Responsibilities:

• PLC based control system design according to the needs of new projects;
• Siemens PLC platform (S7-300) programming , database, graphic design;
• To analyze the machine performance to identify the improvement area for better machine reliability, i.e. for better lifetime component, for more suitable materials, for less maintenance required parts, for cost saving, etc.
• Review current product and manufacturing processes for opportunities to improve cost, performance, reliability and manufacturability

Requirements:

• BS degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or Automation;
• Familiar with AutoCAD and/or Solid Works, PLC programming, graphics, data highway networking;
• 3+ yrs of industrial experience on PLC programming including Siemens (S7300) and Graphic Design;
• Ability to write sequence logic, interlock codes, sequence block diagrams, special algorithms, PID function blocks;
• Work for a multinational company in automotive environment;
• Good communication skill;
• Good command of English both in spoken and written,
• CET-4 is required.
