Responsbilities:

Promote a safe work environment by observing unsafe work practices or machine hazards and providing corrective action.
Produce quality parts that meet or exceed company approved specifications.
Ensure adequate staffing.
Carry out training management for shopfloor staff.
Complete necessary paperwork including accident reports, performance appraisals, production, scrap and downtime reports.
Supervise the production area to ensure all production and quality goals are met.


Requirements:

Associates degree or equivalent supervisory experience.
Five years automotive experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

Be familiar with pressing process and die.
Strong human relations, organization, planning and problem solving skills.
Good English communication both oral and write.
