职位描述

Assignments:

  • Maintain, analysis and convert business needs to change request in customs invoice system and customs bonded inventory system and future AP customs system.
  • Routine data operation in customs invoice system, customs bonded inventory system and future AP customs system.
  • Take charge of customs system interface and cooperate with other internal system functions to support business.
  • Support regional Customs team in future AP customs system study and further implementation in China Customs Team.
  • Carry out monthly bonded stock reconciliation with customs bonded inventory management system and Customs K-book; achieve accurate bonded inventory record and appropriate internal bonded inventory to comply with country rules and company regulations.
  • Provide optimizing solution to internal operation process and corrective action plan based on the internal inventory reconciliation and data audit result.
  • Coordinate with CCC and Regional Customs Team on local tariff dispute. Secure tariff used in customs book was centralized as CCC tariff.
  • Mass data analyse to support various business decisions.
  • Regularly calculation key performance indicator to reflect business reality and fulfillment of Customs business plan.
  • Provide system solution to IKEA supply pipeline project.

Requirement:

· Bachelor degree in Information Technology, or Logistics.

· 4-5 years logistics experience, prefer experience as logistic system key user or administrator.

· Experience of developing or implementing logistics management system is a plus.

· Understanding of customs declaration process.

· Experience of bonded warehouse inventory management is preferred.

· Logical thinking, down to details, like to work with figures.

· Clear communicator.

· Ability to work independently.

· Fluent in oral & written English.

Shortly it’s followed by the opening of the low flow DC Fengxian in China and the full implementation of new goods flow strategy. Also in the areas of IWAY, quality and customer availability we have better results than last year.
