职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Supplier evaluation
? Supplier development
? Start RFQ and analyze quotes also with web- based or supported tools and databases
? Work with supply partners in their facility; sourcing and implementation of the highest quality and lowest cost MRO materials
? In charge of sourcing all kinds of MRO materials
? Contract negotiation and conclusion
? Obtain competitive quotation. Make sure suppliers to understand RFQ condition and term as well as specification. Shorten quotation Lead Time to meet company target
? Receive and update purchasing parameter into SAP system, execute purchasing agreement
? Audit of supplier together with SQE, if necessary
? Planning, timing and review of sourcing processes internal and together with supplier
? Ask samples and arrange delivery with vendors to meet internal customers’ needs

Requirements:
? College degree at least
? 3 years working experience in the field of supply chain management or sourcing and procurement
? Good in English & Mandarin; the ability to write and read in both Chinese and English is a must
? Supplier environment knowledge
? IT knowledge, SAP basics knowledge
? Basic knowledge in supply chain management and logistic processes
? Knowledge in QM tools and processes
