The Position
The Title: DSM Fortitech Premix QA Supervisor
Reporting To: Regional Quality Manager
Purpose of the position
To set up and maintain a quality management system to ensure products produced in Xinghuo DSM Fortitech Premix plant compliance with relevant standards and regulations.In order to satisfy customer requirements, meet all legal and regulatory demands and continuously improve products and operations.
The Challenge
? Maintain and improve the quality system: ISO 9001/FSSC22000/HACCP, Kosher/halal for DSM
Fortitech Premix plant. Ensure awareness and understanding of these standards by DSM Fortitech Premix employees through training and communication. Organize quality management review and mock recall, HACCP plan update for DSM Fortitech Premix plant.

? Investigate production deviation and customer complaints. Issue corrective actions request to all
deviation if necessary. Make sure they are documented, implemented and effective (Plan-Do-Check-Act feedback loop) in trackwise system or SAP CCR system.

? Maintain close contact and coordinate with all relevant internal parties to ensure quality issues are
discussed and resolved: Production, Maintenance, QC, Marketing & Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, and that for all levels and organisational units.

? Participate regular internal audits to verify the conformance of actual practices to the defined
? procedures, identify potential for further improvement and ensure the continued effectiveness and
suitability of the Quality Management System.

? Participate customer/3rd party/authority audit. Responsible to follow up all preventative and
corrective actions.

? Participate DSM Fortitech Premix plant level changes, which have a potential impact on regulatory
status or customer satisfaction or quality as QA expert in MOC committee in line with the “Management of Change” procedures.

? Train and develop related functional staff to improve quality awareness and behaviour to achieve
department and company goals.

? Fill in Q related customer questionnaire.

? Maintain and draft quality system related SOP and document.

? Complex regulatory environment due to use of products in different application fields, ranging
from pharmaceuticals to food and dietary supplement. Need to reconcile different and sometimes conflicting requirements for the same production line.

The Ideal
? Minimum 3 years in QA or QC position within food/pharm manufacturer
- ISO/9001/ISO 22000/FSSC22000/HACCP system knowledge
? Knowledge of and experience in other relevant discipline:
- audit experience
? Managerial and social knowledge and experience
- Good communication and social skills
