Role and Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales target in assigned area;
- Implement promotion activity and new product launch in assigned area;
- Distributors and Dealers development and maintenance, ensuring distribution channel quality and quantity aligning with company goals;
- Keep good relationship with distributors and dealer and their rep and keep fluent communication and good relationship with all construction market;
- Monitoring pricing in retail market;
- Plan and implement appropriate trading promotion plans to ensure to delivery sales performance
Requirements:
- College degree and above, Major in Engineering is preferred;
- More than 3 years related experience in in consumer product sales management in similar industry, FMCG is preferred;
- Good knowledge of product;
- High ownership to with good working attitude;
- Good skill to present company material;
- Good leadership and communication skills to different people
