Responsibilities:
？ Demand Management:
- Responsible for the monthly update Demand Plan for Surface Chemistry Asia (data gathering, coordination of process, consolidation, validation, processing in planning tools, follow up and reporting etc)
- Understand sales and marketing trend, assist and challenges sales counterparts to continuously improve the quality of forecast
？ Supply Management:
- Monthly update Supply Plan for Surface Chemistry Asia S&OP meeting
- Work out Rough Cut Capacity Plan/Master Plan for sites, maintain the planning parameters in SAP, to support site schedulers/tolling coordinators on detail schedule of production
- Coordinates schedulers, sales and CSO to resolve availability issues that have been escalated.
- Accountable for inventory optimal level as well as delivery performance of the sites responsible
？ Proposes improvements on demand & supply planning and scheduling processes.
Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree on Supply Chain, Logistic or related field required
？ 3+ years experiences in master scheduling or demand & supply planning at manufacturing environment is required, preferably in Chemical industry
？ Proven knowledge on utilizing planning tools or planning modules of ERP system
？ Strong analytical & problem solving skill, well developed communication skill & team orientation
？ Fluent English & Mandarin both in spoken and written
