工作内容:
People management and process control
-To have effective communications with FDS on different sites in diverse cities, at the same time in good cooperation with related sales managers basing in the same city, for helping people to arrive and challenge expected sales targets
-To keep people in good behavior & discipline for ethic requirement,
-To keep good process control in quality & compliance frame,
-To lead and keep business in data frame of periodical reports base on data collecting, processing & analyzing, and forming into specific solutions
-assisting Senior Sales Manager to take monthly evaluations for FDS team based on combination of both qualitative and quantitative indicators, at level of both

people incentive and people development requirements
-assisting Senior Sales Manager for detail management and process perfection based on daily operational handling and people communication
-competition and competitor studies capabilities

People training and development
-Yearly Sigh & Go FDS operational manual standardization and continual updating
-Yearly persistent trainings (and related reviewing and follow-up based on findings) in line with above manual, e.g. behavior & discipline, professional acknowledge and its application in operation, potential error forecast, etc.
-Related planning and carrying out for enhanced fields, e.g. anti-fraud, campaign rules, etc.
-People development, assisting Senior Sales Manager for :

People career path, people motivation & incentive, promotion and penalty, etc.
Cross function cooperation
-Collaboration with Marketing for promotion and campaign running
-Collaboration with Underwriting for better anti-fraud purpose and better client experience
-store communications (at store manager level) for better synergy and possible liaison with regional head offices.

Requirements
? KPI and Result-oriented, self-confidence
? Being familiar with sales management of retail financial solution or key account, B2C oriented
? Skillful experience for B2B communication
? Marketing experience for B2C markets
? Self-motivated capability to listen to team members (esp. people in remote), to help them at efficiency and effectiveness, in suitable forms and solutions
? Competition on-watch and competitor studies
? Collaborative capability to work with people internal or external
? Capability to handle business process in multi-sites with thinking/solution gene
? Arranging trips well and budget control

Personal Attributes:
? Skillful communication skills with different groups, internal and external, B2B & B2C
? Intensive capability for paper work and presentation
? Good commercial sense for process optimization and innovative / creative solutions
? High capacity of autonomy and self management on time and work
? Can work independently to be a team leader and trainer for young/junior sales reps
? Be dynamic, curious, open-minded and flexible
? Be persistent and persuasive
? Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced working environmen

Education
? University background or above

Computer Skills
? Word, Excel, PowerPoint at a better proficient level

Languages
? Chinese native speaker, fluent oral and written English is a must.
