职位描述：
1.车缝服务团队管理，培养及发展下属Team leader of group sewing engineering service, train and develop the subordinate；
2.统筹集团车缝技术服务策略To be responsible for group sewing engineering service strategy
3.参与公司内部新产品项目开发，提供缝纫测试及提出应用可行性的技术意见，To be involved to the product develop team and provide the feasibility advisement in sewing application and sewing test for the new product
4.处理有关车缝投诉问题并给予有效的解决方案To be responsible for sewing related complaints following-up and provide effectively solutions to customer
5.负责车缝技术服务研讨会的组织及相关培训 To be responsible for the Sewing Engineering Service Seminar and the training
6.配合销售团队对客户工厂进行效率评估并给予优化建议 To coordinate with sales team for the organization of sewing efficiency evaluation and enhancement at customer side
7.负责用线量的计算及分析To be responsible for thread consumption analysis
8.负责提供专业的用线推荐方案To be responsible for professional thread recommendation
9.协助销售团队进行新产品的市场推广 To assist sales team for the promotion of new products to customer
10.负责收集客户对产品的市场反馈，对产品质量持续改善提供参考意见 To be responsible for the collection of customer feedback for our products, and give recommendation for the product quality continuously improvement
11.关注市场最新的车缝技术及应用以及竞争对手的产品，为集团产品的开发和改善提供方向Highly attention to the new sewing technology and application in the market, as well as competitor’s new product in order to provide the reference for the product improvement and development in group
任职要求Requirement：
1、精通服装车缝工艺技术，熟悉流水管理、品质控制、裁剪及后道的生产管理; 5年及以上缝纫机厂任技术员工作经验和专门从事车缝技术实战及管理经验；
10 years or above working experience as technician in sewing machine company, with managerial skill and be specialized in sewing technology and problem solvement. Be familiar with garment production process, quality control and finial process management;
2、精通各类型梭织、针织面料服装(包括休闲，户外，运动，正装，免烫)的各种车缝制作工艺，并能亲自熟练操作
Excellent experiences in weaving, knitting garment included casual, outdoor, sports, fine tailor, and wrinkle fee sewing technology and can handle by self;
3、良好语言沟通能力，领导力及执行力Good communication, leadership and execution
4、英文良好，说写俱佳。最低要求，能用英文做工作报告，初级英文口语
Good command of English. Written and primary spoken English is essential
