Primary objective of the position

HASSELL is currently seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join our Shanghai studio. The successful applicant will be required to have an understanding of the specific components of medium to large projects from concept design through to detail design. A natural strength in design must be evident in the applicant’s portfolio both at a detailed and large urban scale.

Key Skills and Experience

_ Qualification in Landscape Architecture

_ Optimally 5-8 years post-graduate experience

_ Confident in putting forward new ideas and in developing design concept with others

_ Ability to meet tight deadlines

_ Project management skills

_ Demonstrated knowledge/experience in project delivery

_ Detail design and documentation skills and experience

_ Client co-ordination and professional presentation skills

_ Effectively collaborates with others

_ Strongly self-motivated

_ An effective communicator

_ Rigorous approach to detail

_ Both English and Mandarin language skills are preferred

Main Responsibilities:

_ Implementation of work items and establishing objectives for project cost and predicted project profit

_ Liaison with the client and the Principal in Charge and other design leaders to ensure the quality of design

_ Guarantee the work progress and submit drawings according to the agreed timeline with clients

_ Assign work items to the project assistant, supervise the project assistant’s submission of drawings to the clients

_ Communicate with the client on behalf of the company and maintain good co-operation with the client

_ Ensure the client is satisfied with the project work and promote the HASSELL design approach

_ Complete other work as assigned by HASSELL

_ 同时具备英语及中文语言能力者为佳

主要职责：

_ 落实各项工作、制定项目成本和项目预期目标

_ 与客户、项目负责董事及其他设计领导沟通协调，保证设计质量

_ 保证工作进度，按照向客户承诺的时间提交图纸

_ 根据计划将工作内容分配给项目助理并监督项目助理向客户提交的图纸，

_ 代表公司向客户沟通协调，与客户保持良好的合作

_ 通过项目建立客户满意度，推广HASSELL的设计方法

_ 完成公司交办的其他工作
