职位描述：
? Lead or take part in the project of the development of new components and processes, in the field of insulation and metal.
? Support R&D and manufacturing units in materials technologies.
? Participate in the homologation process of new suppliers; ensure the quality of incoming materials/components; some internal materials/component qualification may be necessary.
? Develop insulating materials test methods; be responsible for laboratory tests, its quality and safe operation.
? Supply accurate measurements and tests according to internal and international standards.
? Maintain high availability level for test & measurement equipment, in the field of metal and insulation.

任职要求：
?3-5 years related working experiences in the electrical power industry is strongly desirable. (exceptional for fresh)
?Knowledge and experience in electrical related materials (metal/polymers/composites/ceramics) is a requirement.
?Strong manipulative ability is required.
?Strong project management experience is a plus.
?Good command of Oral and Written English skills.
?A self-starter, with the ability to work on their own initiative.
?Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
?Ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams.
