Job Title: Sr. Financial Reporting and Analysis Manager Job Code:

GENERAL SUMMARY (Describe the overall duties and responsibilities of the job):
Responsible for all monthly consolidating and reporting. Business analysis and project analysis work as required. Develop evaluation models for AP future growth opportunities. Review plant analysis work for accuracy and develop formats and templates. Support plant controllers as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Duties required for successful job performance):

1. Meet deadlines and reporting requirements from NA Head office
2. Provide business analysis and business development where required
3. Coordinate and manage the financial data for all regions.
4. Insure accurate and timely financial data is available to support corporate requests and decision making
5. Works collaboratively with the operations team to maximize profit and cash flow; and minimize Customer fund tooling cost, capital investment and product cost.
6. Lead the analysis of financial data, driving actions that positively influence key financial measures.
7. Provide consistent application of best practices relative to financial reporting and resolve financial reporting issues on an as needed basis.
8. Perform other assignments by AP VP of Finance and CSA management as required

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE (These are the traditional minimum, or required, bona-fide occupational qualifications and other requirements of most people in this job).

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Accounting (Industrial Engineering is preferred).
2. At least 10 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
3. Experience in financial Analysis and plant costing
4. Experience with Accounting / Audit firm is a plus

7. Hyperion experience required
8. Fluency in English


REQUIRED DECISION-MAKING AND ORGANIZATION IMPACT (Describe the typical types of decisions made by employees in this job and the likely impact of those decisions on the Company).

1. Decision making relative to financial performance, pricing, product costing, supplier costs and management. Influences profitability and cash flow.
2. Must interface successfully with corporate finance and local controllers
3. Interfaces with Cooper Standard executives for financial reporting, business development, analysis and decision making.
4. Subject matter expert in Reporting and Analysis
