职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、视频拍摄及制定视频拍摄方案和脚本；
2、跟进后期剪辑制作、把握视频画面和声音的表情达意、节奏和整体风格；
3、组织拍摄与录制，负责现场的调度与控制；
4、熟悉拍摄器材和后期制作，理解视频语言，能找到用户的热点、痛点，准确传达其核心内容；
5、协调与沟通制作过程中的相关各环节；
6、完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

任职要求：
1、影视导演、制作等相关专业；
2、熟悉视频制作，拥有1年以上的编导工作经验及成功作品；
3、有独立拍摄制作成片的能力，镜头语言丰富；
4、擅长活动现场效果的表现和控制，熟悉舞台搭建、灯光、音响、视频等设备；
5、具备系统的前期、后期执行经验；
6、拥有较强的沟通表达能力、统筹能力、团队合作能力和良好的职业素养，能承受一定的压力。 举报 分享
