职位描述：
岗位职责:

？ 负责实施SECCO化工产品装置质量控制与技术服务，及时、准确的完成分析测试工作。
Take responsibility for product quality control and technical service of SECCO chemical plants and complete analysis and test timely and correctly.
？ 根据装置工艺优化、改进需求，组织、实施研究性实验室试验与模拟，必要时开发新的分析测试方法和模拟评估设施与方法。为商务部提供化工产品售后技术服务。
Satisfy SECCO request of process optimization and improvement from plants，organize and implement experiments and simulation in lab scale for purpose of research. If necessary, develop new test method and evaluation facilities and methods for simulation.
？ 协助生产装置和质量管理人员修订化工产品制造规范和分析测试频度。
Assist production plant and quality assurance personnel in revising chemical product specs and analysis test frequency.
？ 组织并实施对化工产品实验室员工的培训和考核，提高员工的测试理论水平和实际操作技能，满足员工自身以及SECCO发展需要。
Organize and implement training and check of polymer lab personnel to improve their skills for polymer test theory and actual operation to satisfy their own and SECCO development need.
？ 国际和国内先进标准，建立或更新测试方法，满足标准化管理的要求。
Apply international and domestic advanced standards to establish or update polymer test methodology to satisfy standardized management requirement.
？ 组织制订化工产品实验室仪器设备的维护、维修、计量、期间核查计划，确保仪器设备的正常运行。Organize compilation of chemical lab maintenance, metering and check plan for apparatus and equipment to assure their normal operation.
？ 及时了解国内外化工产品检验新方法和新的仪器设备发展动态，吸取外界先进的管理方式，持续改进，完善实验室的质量管理体系。
Know timely chemical inspection method and instrument equipment development at home and abroad to absorb external advanced management method for continuous improvement and to consummate lab quality management system.
？ 参与所有相关实验室安全审核 – 负责化工产品实验室活动，跟踪安全审核中提出的所有行动进展情况。建立、完善化工产品实验室安全信息数据库，包括涉及到的所有试剂的原料安全数据表单。
Participate in all the relevant laboratory safety reviews - taking responsibility for chemical product laboratory actions. Relevant on-going actions from safety reviews to be followed-up by Chemical Q Service Manager. Establish and update a database of safety information including Material Safety Data Sheets for all chemical agents used in chemical laboratory.
？ 完善实验室测试方法，持续改进测试设备，提高员工的测试技能，及时、准确完成测试任务。
Update the test methods in lab; continuously improve the testing equipment and the capabilities of staff, to fulfil the test task timely and correctly.
？ 建立实验室质量体系，包括ISO9001, ISO17025 和 ISO14001。
Establish laboratory quality systems including ISO9001, ISO17025 and ISO14001.
？ 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Complete other jobs assigned by superior manager timely.

任职资格:

？ 教育背景：本科及以上学历，化学或相关专业。
Education Background: Degree in Chemistry or appropriate degree.
？ 相关工作经历：5年以上石化实验室工作经验，最好拥有烯烃、丙烯腈等测试技能。
Relevant Working Experience: Above 10 years. At least 10 years working experience in a Petrochemical Laboratory preferably involving ethylene cracker, Nitriles testing skills.
？ 熟悉实验室质量体系，如ISO 17025。
Detailed knowledge of laboratory quality systems, such as ISO 17025.
？ 良好的文件撰写和修改能力，特别是对程序的撰写和修改。
Good skills in writing and correcting documents, especially procedures.
？ 英语读、写技能力。
Capable of reading and writing English.
？ 良好的沟通能力。
Good ability to interact with all levels of staff in an organisation.
？ 团队精神。
Strong teamwork.
