Job responsibility:

* To handle customer complaints.

* Coordinate with Engineering team to deliver the timely support to customer ;Train and Coach the customer on technical level when required.

* Immediately find solution for customer,at least can find the reason and arrange spareparts to be sent to customer.

* Cross function coordination and Communicate with quality team to support.

* Always look into process improvement after service opportunity

Qualification:

* Multiple years experience in customer service of industrial fields, wind-power industry experience preferred; Electric education or experience background preferred.

* Good communication skill and negotiation skill.

* Good English / Chinese (Written / Oral), need to contact with overseas by phone and mail.

* Excellent skill in MS Office;
