Main assignments
?To assure supplier material claims or nonconformity are reviewed, and send to supplier.
?To assure that decent reply from supplier are received in due time.
?To assure economical clarification of claims together with purchase
?To carry out all registrations regarding supplier claims and make sure the database is updated.
?To act as system super user regarding the QDA modules.
?To handle quality issues with specified local suppliers designated by Quality Supervisor. And base on supplier plant to check or monitor part quality if necessary.
?Other tasks may assigned by Quality Supervisor.

Secondary assignments:
?Collecting statistics to provide a basis for assessment.
?Participate in the QSE departments general tasks and contribute to an overall higher quality
?Comply to corporate H&S policy

Qualifications:
?Bachelor degree with mechanical background.
?One or two years working experience in manufacture plant quality or engineering department.
?Can speak and write in English

Objectives:
?To ensure that specific quality standards supplied products are fulfilled.
?That claims are forwarded to suppliers within 48 hours from reception of claim in the system.
?Support that the Svendborg Brakes achieves the quality targets
?Any other target agreed with Head of Quality
