Main assignments:
-Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, keep tracking on outstanding order, submit relevant reports and take follow up action, when requested, inform the goods receiver about the transport status;

-Handle import/export documents and formality; prepare shipping documents and all Certificates, coordinate with forwarders to speed up the custom clearance process;

-Collect and submit all logistics related documents in a timely basis, such as custom declaration reports, forwarders' bills and receipt of duties and VAT

-Commodity check (situation, explanation, import license, etc)

-Import Handbook and bonded material following

Qualifications:
-Working experience in MNC about 2 years
-Handle import handbook and bonded material is a plus
-Good computer skills, Good English command in written and spoken
-Systematic, careful, and a proactive mind
