Key Responsibilities
?
Lead, Manage and develop the business development team.
?
Identify and create new business opportunities.
?
Develop business with current customers.
?
Lead the M&A strategy and activities.
?
Perform Telecom and Wind Power market analysis-continuously keep track of trends, news and development
?
Identifies the key decision makers within the targeted companies (web of influence)
?
Finds the best strategic way to approach them in relationship with the national BDD
?
Identifies the needs of a client through a methodological approach during the first meeting
?
Elaborates a technical and financial proposal tailor-made to the client requirements
?
Close a deal with signing a contact in compliance with company policies and client requirements
?
After the signature, organizes a smooth transition with the operation team and follows up a client in the first weeks of our collaboration.
Requirement
Based on the above priorities, the successful candidate will have demonstrated the following critical competencies:
Education
? University Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or equivalent, MBA is preferred.
Working Experience
? 5+ years of experience in the Chinese Telecom Field.
? 10+ years of experience in Sales and/or business development.
? Knowledge about Mobile Service Providers & Network Installation & System Integration Companies.
Technical Skills
? MS Office.
Knowledge & Skills
? Strong communication skills, problem solver and strong business sense.
? Relationship building skills with a pro-active mindset.
? High customer focused.
? Communication and negotiation skills, both in native mandarin and Excellent english skills.
? Good project and time management skills.
? Results driven with good business judgment - Good commercial understanding and mindset.
