Job Summary: An expertise role who is in charge the whole network environment (include WAN, LAN, widely deployed Wireless, and network security ) management . Support the quick and dynamical changes on the network to fit fast business growing. Has the potential and willing to take more project with new strategic technical investment. Key Responsibilities: -- Authorized to manage a medium / large scale network environment with over 20-30 sites WAN and local network in coming 1-2 years. -- Improve and standardize the setup and configuration on all network and security devices (mainly Cisco products) -- Working in the team with other system specialist to deliver the project in most effective and efficient way -- Follow and complete the related IT process include Incident/Change/Release/CMDB handling. -- Capability to handle small sites facility setup project with other business and IT colleagues support -- Regular coordination with key WAN service supplier and other vendor to provide consistency support within SLA framework -- Support other system management if assigned Key Capabilities: -- 5+ years network hands-on experience in multinational company or large scale projects -- 2+ years project management experience is preferred, good knowledge to handle with supplier or local telecom operator in different area of China/APAC -- Solid knowledge in multiple network fields like WAN,LAN, WIFI, Security management(FW, UTM, VPN, Proxy, Loading balance, web filter, etc) -- Well knowledge on Microsoft back office products like MS-Lync, SCCM, Active Directory/DNS, etc -- Be familiar with Citrix/ VMware , virtual network configuration is a plus -- Good communication skill and English speaking and writing is big advantage -- MCSE and CCNP or above certified -- Basic awareness on process management and ITIL -- Team player
