Job Summary:
This is a non-staffing management role who should be qualified to be act as back-office team member to play a role like program office management and provide project management skill to relevant PM if needs, meanwhile he/she take the role to enhance the IT team process to ensure good result to management & business .
Key Responsibilities:
IT/ITIL Process implement and improvement particularly focus on Incident/Problem, Change, Release and Configuration management process
IT finance process include: budgeting, accounting, pricing and cost model development with immediate manager's guideline
Program & project management with relevant IT team support and project management if needed
Track the trend of technology to assist IT director to develop/update IT policy
Assist IT sourcing if assigned, IT supplier & vendor routine contact and contract management
Assist IT integration to support business M&A if assigned
Arrange training program, schedule and resource for user
Key Capabilities:
9+ years IT hands-on experience in multinational company
4+ years solid experience on one or few fields like: ITIL/Process management, IT finance, Project/Program management, IT training
Good knowledge on process management eg, ITIL, TQM, Cobit
Skill to handle within user community
Technology sense to develop new IT process and policy to fit.
High responsibility sense with enough communication and coordination skill.
Experience working in MNC M&A case is big plus
Fluent English speaking with strong presentation skill
Team player with leadership and influence.
