职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1 Work with R&D, factories, and suppliers to ensure components, assemblies, and final products meet Finisar high standard of quality and reliability.
2 Participate in architectural design reviews and engage with R&D on technical discussions regarding development of new products. Provide inputs and requirements to ensure new products are designed for reliability.
3 Develop/review/approve qualification plans for new products, technologies, components, new vendors, and site transfers.
4 Coordinate qualification programs, review test data, and generate lifetime models. Present reliability results to various engineering groups internally and customers externally.
5 Interact with customers and SDE/suppliers to provide appropriate expertise on device and module reliability.
6 Participate in technical discussions and ensure that reliability failures have solid failure analysis, root cause, and corrective actions to prevent such reoccurring failures.

Qualifications：
1 MS with minimum of 10 years working experience, or Ph.D with minimum of 5 years experience, in optical/electronic or semiconductor industry field.
2 Technical knowledge of optical modules, PCBA and optical assemblies required.
3 Knowledge of Telcordia and other reliability standards required. Reliability modeling and lifetime calculation preferred.
4 Lab failure mode analysis experience a plus.
5 Positive inter-personal skills necessary to support cross-functional teams.
6 Strong technical (written and verbal) communication skills required for customer and internal communications. 举报 分享
