职位描述：
Responsibilities
? Ensure that site EH&S and ES&S operating disciplines are developed and effectively applied to ensure compliance and achievement of performance goals. Ensures assigned EH&S and ES&S compliance tasks are effectively completed and documented.
? Coach teams and individuals on EH&S and ES&S related tasks and activities. Conduct EH&S related trainings to site personnel through the EH&S training program and refresh training on EH&S regulations as it applies to the EH&S services and work processes.
? Manage chemical inventory, MSDS and compatibility chart in lab including drug precursor, explosive precursor etc.
? Waste management and waste stream of the labs.
? Conduct BBP audits throughout the site.
? Develop site wide MOC packages to implement regulatory and site requirement changes in facilities.
? Monitor and maintains EH&S and ES&S related equipment and processes (e.g., fire protection, alarm systems, atmospheric monitoring equipment, etc.).
? Provide near miss reporting system, database, and data analysis for maintenance.
? As required, conduct and document investigations of incidents and ensures follow up actions to prevent re-occurrences that are addressed, through the Root Cause Investigation (RCI) work process.
? Provide consultation on ergonomics, ergo evaluations, and ergo equipment and furniture. Coordinate the ergo contact network and train the contacts as it applies to the EH&S services and work processes.
? Maintain site approved PPE list and work with purchasing on availability.

Required Qualifications:
? B.S. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
? Fluent in English, both written and oral communications.
? Five or more years’ EHS experience in a Chemical lab, plant, or maintain facility roles required.
? Knowledgeable of all regulatory, permit, and company requirements for areas of responsibility
? With knowledge of Emergency Response procedures and ability to ensure that all procedures are effectively implemented and executed in the event of an emergency
? Ability to effectively issue safe work permits (SWP) and related permits and checklists in compliance with the Life Critical Standards (LCS) as assigned by Leadership
? Ability to perform various EH&S roles as appropriate
? Good interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills. Must be able to interface successfully with site personnel, contractors, Government regulators, etc.
? Must be able to interpret and understand the business / site EH&S and ES&S strategy and related performance data.
? Knows and is able to apply the management of change process.
? Understands lab or plant processes, systems, and operating/process issues that can impact EH&S compliance and goals
? Independent self-starter with high initiative,
? Ability to multitask
? Advocate for change
? Continuous improvement focused
? Knows when to escalate issues/problems and coaches others to escalate if needed
