Background
 
In our global innovation community, the i5 Commercialization and Product Lifecycle Management team works to lead the business justification and global commercialization of innovations to regions, as well as guides the optimization of our product portfolio across the three Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
 
In order to further evolve our organization to better support Grow125 strategy, a new global function has been created in Shanghai to provide full support to the Commercialization and Product Lifecycle Management team, such as to maximize the return on our innovation investments, to guide and support regions with successful innovations deployment, to be perceived as the innovation leader in Food & Beverage industry, and to ensure a healthy product portfolio.

Purpose/Mission of the job

To support Commercialization and Product Lifecycle Management team to drive innovation business analysis, coordinate innovation and renovation launches to regions; support technical Marketing and portfolio management across the three segments globally.

Dotted line to Head of Innovation Commercialization and Product Lifecycle Management (Geneva)

Job Responsibility

? Business analysis for innovation community: Systematically collect internal and external data, such as Market reports, Sales reports, Vitality reports, Regulatory data, Collection Metrics, Formulae Management, Supply pattern etc, to run business analysis for Business Case, Post launch review and innovation dashboard for innovation community.
? Coordination of regional communication and feedback: Support Innovation Commercialization team to keep close interactions with regions, such as collecting inputs and feedbacks, monitor and drive projects, consolidate and analysis the info, etc.
? Coordination of innovation launches to ensure the quality and speed: Support Innovation Commercialization team to coordinate innovation launches, such as to organize project review meetings and track the progress, align the resource and priorities, develop and update promotional materials, etc.
? Renovation support: To support Innovation Commercialization, SBU and other Business Units to drive renovation initiatives.
? Support Product Lifecycle Management and SBU team with Portfolio management.
? Support I5 China Site Manager with administrative activities

Profile
? Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Food Science, Chemistry, Business Management, Marketing or Finance
? Min 5 years professional experience in food or flavor industry. Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Product development or Formulae management background in multinational companies are highly preferred.
? Business oriented, ambitious, creative, analytical, accurate and rigorous.
? Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
? Strong capability in handling inter-disciplinary complexity in a matrix and multi-cultural environment, influencing up and across and driving change
? Highly proficient in English & MS Office.
