Description:
In this hands-on, technical position, the individual will be responsible for enhancement, customization, and support of the Starcite suite of products in Microsoft technologies.

1) Implement customizations and enhancements to applications
2) Lead bug fixing and maintenance efforts
3) Develop code at all levels of the application, from the data layer to the presentation layer
4) Work with internal support staff to troubleshoot issues
5) Work well under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and possess a high level of flexibility.

Requirements:
1) Strong knowledge and experience on Microsoft .NET platform (3.5 or higher)
2) Experienced in building web based application using ASP 3.0 and VB6
3) Solid SQL skill, good at database programming including writing stored procedures, triggers, transactions in SQL Server or Oracle
4) Experience with MS IIS and deployment process flow
5) Good communication skills, proficient verbal and written English.
6) Professional, knowledgeable, and credible to customers.
7) Good problem-solving skills, creative thinker, self activated
8) Understanding concept of project development life cycle, Agile
9) Complex business logic understanding
10) Performance tuning with SQL Server database
11) Good understand of object oriented programming and ability to write technical spec

12) Good potential to be a team leader
